We are just a few minutes walk from all the best pubs, restaurants, independent shops and the fascinating Pannier Market.

The space
There are two master bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the property with King Size beds and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. These rooms are very light & spacious with high vaulted ceilings. There is also an excellent twin room & further double room - again beautifully decorated both with en-suite bathrooms. Complimentary shower gel and soap is provided in all bathrooms, along with plenty of fluffy towels.
The lounge has a 48 inch Smart TV with Netflix available & comfy sofas.
There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer; dishwasher & washing machine with plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen has an induction hob and microwave with complimentary tea & coffee facilities. The lounge is open plan through to the kitchen with dining table and chairs. The house is tastefully decorated in a modern style and is very bright and airy.

Guest access
The entire house is accessible. In addition, there is a lovely garden terrace with a dining table and chairs to sit back and relax on sunny days.
